Rocktier OCR — Make scans searchable Turn scanned PDFs and images into searchable documents, right on your PC. Rocktier OCR reads the page with on-device OCR and writes an invisible text layer into a copy of your document — the page looks exactly the same, but every word is now selectable, searchable and copyable. What it does - Searchable PDF: your scan gains a text layer; Ctrl+F just works - Export TXT: the recognised text, page by page - Copy text: the whole document onto your clipboard in one click - Images too: a photo or screenshot becomes a one-page searchable PDF - Born-digital pages are skipped untouched — only scans are recognised Why it feels different - 100% offline. Recognition runs on your machine; your documents never leave it. - No subscription, no account, no upload. - English and Chinese interface; recognises Chinese and English documents. Ideal for contracts, receipts, invoices, academic papers and any paper you ever scanned.
