Refund Policy
At IGXC, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital products, especially gift cards, we maintain a strict refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully before making any purchases or sales on our platform.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases and sales of digital gift cards on our platform are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy or required by law. Once a transaction is completed, the gift card code is considered delivered and used.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for the following cases:
Successfully delivered and activated gift cards
Buyer's remorse or incorrect purchases
Card redemption issues caused by misuse or third-party interference
Transactions completed outside our platform
Violations of our Terms of Service or Fraudulent Activity
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only under the following circumstances:
The gift card code delivered is invalid or has already been redeemed before delivery
The code fails to activate due to a verifiable issue on our end
The transaction was unauthorized and reported within 24 hours of occurrence
You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same order
To qualify, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction, and provide:
Order number and account email
Screenshot or video proof of the issue (e.g., redemption error message)
Any other details we may request to verify the claim
4. Investigation Process
Upon receiving a refund request, we will:
Acknowledge your inquiry within 24–48 hours
Investigate the transaction and verify the issue with internal logs and partner systems
Provide a decision within 3–7 business days
If your claim is approved, we will issue:
A full refund to your original payment method
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Loss of access to current and future purchases
Blacklisting from the platform
We encourage users to work with our support team to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
6. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed and the card is delivered, as digital codes are issued instantly and become non-recoverable upon delivery.
