Connect your devices using Tailscale or another networking service that makes your PC’s IP address reachable from your mobile client. Then start the bridge and scan its connection QR code with your mobile client (like CC Pocket). Enable the always-connected option to help keep your PC awake and your bridge available during long coding sessions. This reduces interruptions caused by your PC going to sleep, although network outages, restarts, and provider limits can still interrupt a connection.
