Product Description
Find the fonts referenced inside a PPTX presentation without checking every slide manually.
PPTX Font Inspector opens presentation files locally and read-only, groups referenced font families, shows where they occur, and compares their names with fonts available on the current Windows PC.
FIND FONT USAGE
Review the font families referenced by your presentation in one searchable list. See occurrence counts, slide references and relevant sources such as slides, masters, layouts, notes and presentation defaults where available.
CHECK LOCAL FONT AVAILABILITY
See whether a referenced font-family name is found in the local Windows font index. Use the Missing only filter to focus on fonts that are not found on this PC.
LOCATE HARD-TO-FIND FONT REFERENCES
Select a font to inspect its recorded locations. This can help when a font reference is hidden in a slide master, layout, notes content or another supported presentation source.
SEARCH AND FILTER
Search font families and locations quickly, or reduce the list to fonts marked Missing locally.
EXPORT A HANDOFF REPORT
Export the results to CSV for spreadsheet workflows or TXT for a simple readable report. Reports include the presentation file name, font status, occurrences and recorded locations without exposing the full source path.
LOCAL, READ-ONLY INSPECTION
Your PPTX file is analyzed locally. The source presentation is opened read-only and is not modified or uploaded.
BUILT FOR PRESENTATION HANDOFFS
Use the report before sharing a presentation with a colleague, customer, agency or presentation team to identify font references that may require attention.
IMPORTANT
“Missing locally” means the referenced font-family name was not found in the local Windows font-family index. PPTX Font Inspector does not reproduce a presentation application's complete font-substitution or rendering engine and cannot guarantee identical rendering on another computer.
