Personal NuGet Server lets you host a private NuGet package feed directly on your Windows PC. Keep internal libraries, test packages, and reusable components close to your development environment without relying on a public package service. Choose a writable feed folder, start the local server, and use the displayed v3/index.json URL as a package source in dotnet restore, NuGet, or Visual Studio. Upload .nupkg files through the v2 package endpoint and serve versioned packages through the standard NuGet v3 flat container. Everything stays local to your computer. Your package files are stored in the folder you choose and the server runs only while you start it.
