Product Description
OLED panels look stunning, but parts of the screen that show the same image for hours — a taskbar, a game HUD, a sidebar, a logo — wear faster than the rest. OLED Burn-In Protection shows you exactly where that happens and quietly reduces it, without getting in your way.
See what never moves
A live Static Heatmap colours every part of your screen by how long it has shown the same image. Daily statistics and a history show your static exposure going down as the protections do their work.
Rest the screen when you step away
Choose what happens after a few idle minutes: a dark Away dim, an OLED screensaver, a full blackout or turning the display off. Simple sliders and sensible defaults; protection waits while a video or music plays and never interrupts full-screen games or films.
20 screensavers made for OLED
Fireworks, Jellyfish, Kaleidoscope, Neon Waves, Digital Rain, Photon Storm, Outrun Sunset, Game of Life and more. Mostly black, always in motion and slowly changing colour, so no part of the panel stays lit the same way. Every trail fades to true black.
Care while you work
• Pixel shift moves windows a few pixels now and then, so static edges land on different pixels.
• Taskbar dimming darkens the taskbar after it has stood still; Taskbar Guard can hide it.
• Per-app rules pause or relax protection for games, video players and streaming software.
• Night Read dims and warms the screen for evening reading, with a schedule, sunset mode and a global hotkey.
• Picture adjusts brightness, contrast and colour of the whole screen in real time, with looks such as Vivid, Deep black and Invert brightness, which turns light pages dark.
• A brightness schedule sets your monitor's own brightness for day, evening and night, with a live preview.
• Several monitors, global hotkeys, a shutdown timer and an HTML report.
Optional camera — it never sees you
Like the presence sensor of an OLED TV, the app can use a webcam to notice that the room is empty and protect the screen sooner. This is off by default and the app works fully without it. When you turn it on, each frame is reduced in memory to a 32 × 18 grid of brightness values and compared with the previous one; no picture is shown, saved or sent. You can look at exactly what the detector sees inside the app.
Private and local
No account, no cloud, no ads and no telemetry. Screen analysis runs only on your PC and stores statistics, never screenshots. The app lives in the notification area, starts with Windows if you want, and puts your taskbar, colours and brightness back when it closes.
Please note: the app reduces static exposure; it cannot repair existing burn-in or measure panel wear. Pixel refresh is a function of your monitor and is not run by software.
