Nookly is a floating bar for Windows with a character that keeps you company. Place it on any edge of your screen and keep your apps, app groups, saved texts and the clock always at hand. And if you want, it can fully replace the Windows taskbar: with your open apps, the notification area, a search box, and controls for music, volume and microphone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Your apps, one click away: pin the ones you use most, reorder them by dragging, and put them together in groups that unfold. • Replace the Windows taskbar: Nookly takes its place, with open apps, notification area icons, and the bar at the bottom. • Search for and open any installed app with a keyboard shortcut, or with the Windows key instead of the Start menu. • The text vault: save replies, addresses or commands and copy them with one click. If you like, sync it between your computers with your GitHub account. • Music, volume and microphone: what's playing with its controls, the system volume, and a shortcut to mute your microphone. • Add-ons: add mini-games and other panels to the bar, and play with your AI (Claude or another) over MCP. • Shut down, restart or sleep your PC from the bar, plus a battery icon on laptops. • It hides when you're not using it, or while you play or watch something in full screen. • Keyboard shortcuts for almost everything, and you can change every one of them. THE CHARACTER A companion that follows your cursor with its eyes, dances when music plays, bounces when you click it and lets you know when a notification arrives. Pick its shape, give it accessories and change its color. YOUR WAY Your own background and accent colors, transparency, size, position (top, bottom or side, on the monitor you choose) and several languages: Spanish, English, Japanese and Korean. YOUR PRIVACY Nookly runs on your computer: it uses no servers of its own, collects no usage statistics and shows no ads.
