NativaMail is a native email client built for Windows 11. Keep your mail in a familiar three-pane workspace, with account folders, your message list, and the open email together. Connect multiple compatible IMAP and SMTP accounts. Read them in a unified inbox or switch between individual mailboxes. Search downloaded mail, organize messages into folders, and read previously cached messages offline. Write in a separate compose window with rich formatting, recipient cards, attachments, and a signature for each account. Save drafts and send individual, personalized emails to the people in a contact list, without putting everyone on one recipient line. Preview supported image, video, and PDF attachments inside the app. Open messages in their own windows, print email, and choose light or dark appearance, list spacing, and reading-pane layouts. Keep appointments, contacts, contact lists, and tasks beside your email. These tools store their data on your device; IMAP synchronizes email, not calendar, contacts, or tasks. Remote images are blocked by default until you choose to load them. Account credentials use Windows user-bound protection. NativaMail does not send email content to an AI or analytics service. Optional public sender photos use Gravatar and can be disabled. ACCOUNT COMPATIBILITY Email requires an existing account that supports this release’s IMAP/SMTP authentication. Your provider may require an app password or administrator approval. Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com OAuth sign-in are not supported in this release. Windows 11 is required. Attachment sizes and sending limits depend on your provider. Scheduled sending, reminders, and synchronization require the app to remain running. Offline reading is available for messages already downloaded.
