Turn a folder of emails into organized PDFs. No uploads. MailPackIQ converts email files you have already saved (.eml and .msg) into readable, searchable PDFs, in one batch, on your PC. WHAT YOU GET • One PDF per email, or one combined PDF with an index page and bookmarks • Each PDF starts with the sender, recipients (To, Cc and Bcc when present), date and subject • Consistent file names: number, date, sender and subject, in date order • Attachments saved in their original format, in a numbered folder next to each PDF, with a list in the PDF • A completion report and a manifest listing every file: completed, completed with notes, failed or skipped. Nothing is left out silently. • A preview before you export, A4 or US Letter paper, light and dark mode • Available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese and Korean PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Conversion happens entirely on your PC. Your emails and files are never uploaded. There is no account, no analytics, no telemetry and no advertising. • Images and other content hosted on the internet are never downloaded, so converting a message cannot tell a sender it was read. Missing images are shown as placeholders and noted in the PDF. • Your original email files are only read, never changed. • Optional feedback: Help > Send feedback sends only what you type (and, only if you tick the box, a short list of technical details you can view first). It never sends emails, file names or attachments. BEFORE YOU BUY: WHAT MAILPACKIQ NEEDS AND DOES NOT DO • It works with saved .eml and .msg files. If your messages are still in an email program or webmail, save them to a folder first. • It does not open mailboxes or archives (PST, OST, MBOX, Maildir), connect to email accounts, or export a mailbox for you. • Attachments are saved as they are; they are not converted into PDF pages. • No OCR, redaction, AI summaries or thread merging. • Encrypted messages are not supported and are reported as such. • MailPackIQ does not certify evidence and makes no legal-admissibility claims. The manifest's checksums identify the exact files processed; they do not prove authenticity. Requires Windows 11 (x64) and the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime included with Windows 11. Installing from the Store needs an internet connection; converting does not.
