If you're an indie author sending out ARCs, you already know the chaos. Spreadsheets with missing emails. Follow-ups you forgot to send. Reviewers who went silent three weeks ago. A launch week where you have no idea who actually posted a review and who didn't. Galley fixes all of that. Galley is a dedicated ARC (Advance Review Copy) manager built specifically for self-published and indie authors. It gives you a single, clean, offline desktop app to manage every part of your ARC campaign — from the moment you add a book to the moment the last review lands. Track every ARC send in one place Log every copy you send, who you sent it to, when it's due, and what happened. Galley automatically flags overdue entries so nothing falls through the cracks. Know your reviewers Build a permanent reviewer database with names, emails, platforms, and notes. See exactly how many ARCs each reviewer has received and what their history looks like — across every book you've ever published. Bulk send in seconds Launching a new book? Select your title, pick your reviewers, set a deadline, and log every ARC at once. What used to take 20 minutes in a spreadsheet takes 30 seconds in Galley. Follow up without the awkward blank page Every entry has a built-in follow-up tool with a pre-written, editable message template. Copy it, send it, and mark the entry as nudged — all from inside the app. See your campaign health at a glance The dashboard shows your total ARCs sent, reviews received, response rate, and per-book progress — updated live as you work. A recent activity feed keeps a running log of everything that's happened across your campaigns. Built for authors who take publishing seriously Galley runs entirely offline. Your reviewer data never leaves your computer. There are no monthly fees, no accounts to create, and no internet connection required. Buy it once. Own it forever. Whether you're launching your first book or managing multiple active campaigns, Galley brings the kind of professional workflow to ARC management that indie authors have always deserved.
