Focus Guard helps you understand your own screen time and build better focus habits - without sending a single byte of your activity anywhere. Focus Guard quietly tracks which application is in the foreground on your PC and for how long, so you can see exactly where your time goes each day and each week. Pick which apps count as "distracting," set a daily distraction budget in minutes, and Focus Guard tracks your usage against it in real time. A persistent status bar at the top of the app always shows whether tracking is active, so there are never any surprises. Pause tracking for an hour or turn it off completely with one click - you're always in control. Everything Focus Guard records stays on your PC in a local database. Nothing is uploaded, sold, or shared with anyone, including us. Export your data as JSON whenever you want, or permanently delete it all from Settings.
