EfficType is a structured data entry tool for Windows desktop. It breaks a record into a series of “blocks”, so you can type large amounts of rigidly formatted data quickly and consistently — device IDs, serial numbers, inventory lists and the like. DEFINE THE RULES WITH INPUT SCHEMES Each scheme is built from blocks. A block can be a fixed value or an editable field restricted to digits, letters, or digits + letters, with its own maximum length. BLOCK-BY-BLOCK ENTRY You focus on one block at a time; filling it moves you on to the next, and fixed blocks fill themselves. RECORDS ORGANISED AS FILES Each entry session produces a named file. Records are sorted by time and can be viewed, edited or deleted at any point. EXPORT AND IMPORT · Export to CSV — export a single file, or select several files to merge. When merging you can merge directly, or use Split & merge to pick specific records out of each file first. · Import JSON to restore a previous backup. · One-click backup from Settings exports all data to a JSON file. CHINESE / ENGLISH INTERFACE Switch the interface between Chinese and English in Settings. ALL DATA STAYS ON YOUR PC No account and no internet connection.
