REVIEW COMMENTS AND TRACKED CHANGES Open a DOCX document and see comments, tracked insertions and tracked deletions together in a structured list. Available author and date metadata is shown when it exists in the document. FILTER THE REVIEW REGISTER Search review text and context, filter by review type, or focus on a specific author. Summary counts show the number of comments, insertions and deletions detected in the document. INSPECT TEXT AND CONTEXT Select any review item to inspect its type, available metadata, changed or commented text, source ID and surrounding document context. Inserted and deleted text is clearly distinguished when revision context is displayed. EXPORT FOR THE NEXT STEP Export the review register to CSV for spreadsheet-based workflows or Markdown for documentation, review notes and project handoffs. LOCAL, READ-ONLY WORKFLOW DOCX files are processed locally by the app. The source document is opened read-only and is not edited when you inspect or export its review information.
