AVR Network Remote is an independent Windows desktop remote and HEOS companion for compatible Denon and Marantz AV receivers. Control the receiver's main zone over your local network: - power and standby; - volume and mute; - input selection; - supported sound modes; - receiver, signal, audio-format and channel status; - automatic receiver discovery or manual IP connection; - full-screen presentation. HEOS PLAYER AND MUSIC LIBRARY View current HEOS playback, artwork, progress and state. Browse compatible HEOS music sources, network media servers and USB storage. Open folders, albums and playlists, search within the current list, play tracks, and return with selection and scroll position restored. CUSTOM RADIO Create a personal list of direct HTTP/HTTPS radio streams. Recommended AAC and MP3 stations include dedicated artwork. The active station and its artwork can be restored after restarting the app. Stream availability and format support depend on the station and receiver; FLAC radio remains experimental. CONNECT PLAYBACK The app is designed to coexist with receiver-managed Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect and Qobuz Connect sessions where those services are supported by the receiver, firmware, account and region. It displays receiver-reported playback and avoids taking over an externally managed queue. The app does not provide service accounts, service catalog browsing, subscriptions, or the Connect services themselves. COMPATIBILITY Tested with Denon AVR-X1500H. It may work with other compatible Denon AVR-X/AVR-S/DRA and Marantz SR/NR/CINEMA models that expose supported network-control and HEOS functions. Available features vary by model, firmware, configuration, source and media service. The PC and receiver must be on the same local network. Network Control may need to be enabled on the receiver.
