Product Description
When notes, chapters, worksheets, or story pages need to become PDFs, the annoying part is repeating the same setup file by file. Batch Text to PDF handles the folder in one run: choose the page size, decide between separate or combined PDFs, pair matching images when useful, and keep the source files untouched on your PC.
Preserve multilingual Unicode text and modern emoji in colour, including skin tones, flags, keycaps, and joined family or profession sequences. A bundled Noto Color Emoji font keeps emoji output consistent without downloading font data during conversion.
Select a folder and the app counts the supported files directly inside it. Choose the page dimensions and margins, name the output subfolder, and create either one PDF per source file or a single combined PDF.
For combined documents, files are processed in filename order. Add numbered filename prefixes when you want to control the sequence of chapters, reports, or story pages.
Use eight built-in page presets for everyday documents, paperback pages, square layouts, and children's landscape pages. You can also enter custom width, height, and margin values in millimetres.
For illustrated documents, Auto-pair images matches a text file with a same-named image. Place the image inline, on its own full page before or after the text, or behind the text as a full-page Background. Background images fill each page and may crop at the outer edges, so use artwork with a clear reading area. The document keeps its existing text alignment. Markdown files can also include local images referenced relative to the source file.
Supported source types:
- Markdown (`.md`)
- Plain text (`.txt`)
- Word DOCX (`.docx`); paragraph text is extracted, but the original Word styling, page layout, and embedded images are not reproduced
- JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF images; GIFs become static PDF image pages
- Existing PDF files are ignored and left unchanged
Batch Text to PDF is useful for notes, reports, documentation, manuscript chapters, draft books, story pages, poems, illustrated text, and image folders that need PDF pages.
Add optional page numbers, rerun a folder with Skip already converted files, follow conversion progress, review converted, skipped, and error counts, and open the output folder when the run completes.
If different source files would otherwise produce the same PDF name, the app automatically adds the source type so every output is preserved and records the renamed files in the conversion log.
Core conversion happens on your PC. No account, upload, AI service, analytics, or telemetry is required.
